Technical Support Department (TSD):

Our Technical Support Department offers a global service to our customers, as well for product information as for technical support.

Our technical engineers are all multilingual and can help you by phone, email or onsite visit when necessary.

The mission of TSD can be classified into 2 parts:

• The first part is to support our commercial team and our customers. This support can be internal by phone, or external on the field. The direct contact with our customers is key for us. In fact, these contacts allow us to collect all needed information to make tests, to define new developments and to up-grade our product in order to be in ad equation with customer’s expectations.

• The second part concerns the testing of our products and similar products present on the market; our focus is to analyze the best answer to our customer needs.
